This personalized plan of care helps patients and their loved ones feel confident in the patient’s treatment and reduce the number of hospital visits or doctor’s office visits they would typically make.
In addition to the personalized plan of care, our hospice nurses deliver one-on-one care for our patients. From administering medications to documenting patient vitals, hospice nurses play a pivotal role in the care of our patients.
